After a customer finalizes their purchase, they are directed to download the VerifySpot app and scan the QR code displayed on the merchant's website. VerifySpot guides the customer to capture an image of their payment card and commences a secure verification procedure to authenticate their identity with the merchant.

Following the verification process, all data is anonymized and securely deleted.
